Standard Shipping(New Zealand Nationwide): For orders with the "Standard Shipping" method will be shipped using Aramex. We take the utmost care in packaging and dispatching your items. However, any loss or damage that occurs during the transportation process is beyond our control. In such cases, please contact the courier service provider to address any concerns.

Local Delivery(Christchurch Only): For orders with the "Local Delivery" method, we take full responsibility for the safety of your items during local delivery. Any loss or damage caused by transportation during the local delivery will be covered by us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we take responsibility for the safe arrival of your order.

Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery times for standard shipping may vary and are approximate, typically taking 2-5 business days to reach your location. Please note that the delivery timeframe may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as your location, carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
• Local Delivery: For local deliveries, we offer overnight shipping to get your pet's favorite food to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Orders placed using this method will typically be delivered the following business day.
